Terms of Service
Last updated 9 July 2026
These terms govern your use of esali's website and anything we make openly available on it. By using the site, you agree to them.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using esali.com and our related sites (including valora.esali.com), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What the site is
esali is a venture practice. This site presents our work, our companies, and products we build, some of which are shown as public track records or works in progress rather than products you can buy. Content is provided for information. Availability of any product or feature described is not a promise or an offer of sale unless we say so explicitly.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site in any way that breaks the law or the rights of others;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or connected systems;
- interfere with or disrupt the site (for example, by automated abuse, scraping at a scale that burdens it, or attempts to overload it);
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation with esali.
4. Intellectual property
The site, its text, design, code, and marks are owned by esali or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share links to public pages. You may not copy, republish, or reuse our content or branding for commercial purposes without our written permission. Names such as esali, Valora, and V are ours.
5. Third-party links and platforms
The site may link to third-party sites and platforms (for example, social networks where we post). We are not responsible for their content or practices; their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
6. No warranty
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Numbers and status shown on our sites are provided in good faith and may change; where we present something as a work in progress, treat it as exactly that.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, esali is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Swedish law.
8. Indemnity
You agree to hold esali harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as our work or the law changes. The current version, with its date, lives on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
